Once more, Nature provided me with a trick for this weeks cv. Here's our cat a couple of days ago (after the littlest woman of the house adorned her with a veil and fake roses):
And here, yesterday:
Not one, not two, three or even five kittens, but EIGHT!!!
On of them were still born, so now we just hope the mother has enough milk for all of them.
And should I mention new homes for all seven....
Happy corner vieweing at Francesca's!
Love the blessingway your daughter gave Mama Cat. Eight babies!! Is that a world record or something? Amazing. I wish I were there to take one off your hands!!
ReplyDeleteOh they are sweet little kittens. How fancy of mommacat to get all dressed up for the birth and pictures! :)
ReplyDeleteOh, I'm sure that my children (and I) would like to adopt one or two. But neither my husband nor Augustine, our cat… what a pity! I hope you'll find nice families for them and I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun with them before they leave!
ReplyDeleteOh, she looks so proud!
ReplyDeleteWow! That is a big litter! Very sweet!
ReplyDeleteHow cute she looks with the veil! Plus she's one patient cat to wear that veil and then to feed seven mouths. Sweet.
ReplyDeleteHope you find good homes.

ReplyDeleteOh, they're so sweet! Congrats to the new mummy :-)

ReplyDeleteoh, my, so many little mouths to feed!! best of luck on finding them just the right homes. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for all your well wishes, we're down to six now - the tinyest dies the next morning. And yes, she's so VERY proud!
ReplyDeleteOh my...how cute! Wish you lived nearer, then I would give some a home. So sorry they didn't make it all, but that's life again. Six is still enough I guess... ;o)
ReplyDeleteOh oh! So precious. I can't tell you how much of her life my child would sell to satan to have newborn kittens in her home.
